KPIs also often bring to the surface areas of improvement, and OKRs will solve those problems. OKRs can do this because of the work culture they create. They are collaboratively written by teams and audited for cross-alignment. This creates ownership and a sense of motivation that yields the desired results and improves specific KPIs.
